Welcome to Bubble Surf Ride.

These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the Bubble Surf Ride platform, including the website, mobile application and related services.

By creating an account or using Bubble Surf Ride you agree to be legally bound by these Terms.

Bubble Surf Ride

The technology platform providing on-demand laundry collection, processing and delivery services.

Customer

A registered user who places laundry orders through the platform.

Laundromat

An approved independent laundry service provider partnered with Bubble Surf Ride.

Driver

An approved delivery partner responsible for collecting and delivering laundry.

Scholar Transport Driver

A specialised driver approved to transport laundry through school routes.

School Partner

An approved school acting as a collection and return point for laundry orders.

Collection Bin

A designated QR-coded bin located at a School Partner premises for depositing and collecting laundry.

Users must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use the platform.

Parents or legal guardians may place laundry orders on behalf of their children.

Users must provide accurate and up-to-date information when registering and placing orders.

Bubble Surf Ride provides a technology platform connecting customers with approved laundromats and delivery partners.

Services include:

• Home Pickup
• Home Delivery
• School Drop-Off
• School Collection
• Collection Bin Services
• Scholar Transport Laundry Collection
• Real-Time Tracking
• Secure Payments

Laundry services are performed by independent laundromats, not by Bubble Surf Ride directly.

Approved schools act only as collection and return points for laundry.

Schools do not inspect, wash or process clothing at any stage.

Schools are not responsible for damaged or lost garments deposited at or collected from their premises.

Customers agree to:

• Use approved laundry bags
• Deposit only laundry items
• Scan QR codes where required
• Secure bags properly before depositing

Dangerous or prohibited items may not be deposited under any circumstances.

Only approved Scholar Transport Drivers may transport customer laundry through school routes.

Transport follows approved routes and schedules determined by Bubble Surf Ride in coordination with School Partners.

Approved laundromats are responsible for:

• Washing
• Drying
• Folding
• Ironing where selected
• Packaging

Bubble Surf Ride maintains digital tracking of every order using:

• QR Codes
• GPS Events
• Time Stamps
• Driver Verification
• Custody Logs

Customers may not submit the following items:

• Firearms
• Explosives
• Illegal substances
• Hazardous chemicals
• Jewellery
• Cash
• Passports
• Identity documents
• Live animals

Customers must:

• Empty all pockets before submission
• Declare delicate or specialist-care garments
• Declare any existing damage to garments
• Provide accurate pickup and delivery addresses

Bubble Surf Ride is not responsible for valuables left inside garments submitted for laundering.

Pricing may vary according to:

• Service selected
• Laundry quantity (weight)
• Delivery distance
• Promotions applied
• Express service options

Payments are processed using approved payment providers integrated with the platform.

Orders may be cancelled if payment fails or is not completed within the designated timeframe.

Refund requests are reviewed individually by Bubble Surf Ride.

Refunds may be granted for verified service failures or duplicate payments.

Estimated delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Delays may occur because of:

• Traffic
• Weather
• Load Shedding
• Equipment Failure
• Force Majeure

Claims must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery.

Customers should provide photographs and order details to support their claim.

Drivers must:

• Handle laundry professionally and with care
• Maintain approved identification at all times
• Follow South African road laws

Approved laundromats must maintain hygiene, quality and compliance with applicable regulations.

Personal information is collected only for legitimate business purposes.

Data must be processed in accordance with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA).

Bubble Surf Ride uses reasonable technical and organisational security measures to protect user information.

All logos, software, branding and platform content remain the exclusive property of Bubble Surf Ride.

Accounts may be suspended for:

• Fraud
• Abuse
• Payment Fraud
• Criminal Activity
• Repeated Policy Violations

Bubble Surf Ride's liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by South African law.

Nothing in these Terms limits rights under the Consumer Protection Act.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.

Bubble Surf Ride may update these Terms from time to time.

Users must accept updated Terms before continuing to use the platform.
